Millennium Print group “MPG”, a Park Communications Company, is a privately held company based in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina. Since its inception in 2014 under the current executive team, the Millennium Print Group has assembled a dedicated and highly talented staff of print professionals and has built a world-class organization that is customer focused, market-competitive, and quality driven.

Our unique ability offers a variety of services specializing in trading specialty and collectible cards, including Pokémon and Upperdeck. 

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter for our Morrisville, North Carolina (RTP) operation. Our organization has grown from roughly 75 employees in 2016 to over 700 today. We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace with another 300 employees expected to be added throughout 2021.

We are looking for a candidate that brings process recruiting techniques that allows for successfully finding the right talent in a fast paced, dynamic and rewarding manufacturing environment. The Recruiter will provide support and maintenance to all of MPG’s hiring needs. This person will work closely with internal clients to ensure that HR objectives are aligned with strategic goals of the business through talent acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work is performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from senior management about hiring that needs to be completed.

  • Administers the employment function

  • Recruits and screens job applicants

  • Facilitates use of temporary employment agencies

  • Manages Job Posting using web resources

  • Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for various key positions.

  • Actively source candidates from various portals including job boards, networking, web services, social media, and other creative sources

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in discipline related to functional work -or- Associates Degree demonstrating a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment, preferably in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on outsourcing peak staffing needs for permanent and temporary positions

  • Ability to meet deadlines and understand the urgency surrounding business needs
