Our team has built a solid reputation in the industry because of the deep passion we have for what we do. Our clients regard us as true partners and as an integral part of their business model. We have the resources, the equipment, the people and the passion that it takes to bring value to your organization.
It all begins with our owner, Terry Pegram. After building a successful printing company that would span decades, Terry retired only to quickly realize that his true passion and satisfaction stems from being involved in the printing industry and the people and customers associated with the business. Terry subsequently bought Millennium Print Group in 2014 which had 17 employees operating in a 17,000-square foot facility. MPG has experienced tremendous growth under his leadership and today employees over 730 people and operates in 830,000 square feet of space. Terry firmly believes that “anything worth doing is worth doing right, and when we make a commitment to a client, we keep it. It’s that simple."
We have built a very cohesive, respectful and resourceful team of professionals that know how to work together and we all share the same commitment to excellence. We value our employees and empower all to make sure that the products and services we provide are of the highest quality and meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.
We make it a point to learn our clients’ business. Our customers view us as true partners. You will be hard pressed to find a team of people who are more dedicated to your success than we are. We operate in a culture of openness, responsiveness, integrity and respect. We enjoy what we do and it shows. One of Terry's favorite lines is, "The difficult we do immediately, the impossible may take us a little longer."
