It all begins with our owner, Terry Pegram. After building a successful printing company that would span decades, Terry retired only to quickly realize that his true passion and satisfaction stems from being involved in the printing industry and the people and customers associated with the business. Terry subsequently bought Millennium Print Group in 2014 which had 17 employees operating in a 17,000-square foot facility. MPG has experienced tremendous growth under his leadership and today employees over 730 people and operates in 830,000 square feet of space. Terry firmly believes that “anything worth doing is worth doing right, and when we make a commitment to a client, we keep it. It’s that simple."
